Information Known by the Accord
Deimos is a skilled manipulator of space and minds. She is quite adept at the transport of people and goods, albeit at the cost of an increased aRQ. Her abilities are best used in a support position, although her worth in battle should not be discounted as she is a valuable fighter due to her power of mind manipulation. She has a great amount of occult knowledge, with her specialty being in the realm known to willworkers as "the Abyss." Any cells dealing with a threat from this plane should seek her expertise.
Information Known by Awakened
Deimos is a former Théarch currently claiming Apostasy. She is a preeminent scholar of Abyssal phenomenon. Her focuses lie in the studies of her Path Arcana with some interest in Prime. She has had only nominal contact with Awakened society since withdrawing from her Order.
Physical description: Deimos is a woman in her early thirties of small stature and slight build. She is pale to the point of nearly looking sickly, and her face has a sunken cast to it that is further emphasized by the dark eye makeup that she often wears. Her dark-brown hair is styled in a pixie cut just long enough to show some of her hair's natural curl. She wears thick-framed glasses in dark blue that pop against her pale skin. She dresses semi-professionally, often with a loose blouse, untucked, a pair of jeans, and shoes with a reasonable heel. About her neck hangs an iron medallion on a plain, black string. The back is carved with two pentacles within an infinity symbol. She wears a ring set with a Mystic Topaz on her left ring finger. She usually has a well-worn book on occult phenomenon or abnormal psychology close at hand.
Nimbus: When Deimos casts vulgar magic, iron chains wrap around her and ensnare the target of her wrath, stretching to impossible lengths and bending the distance between. Shadows collect on the far side of her, and her eyes darken until they are little more than black pits with a pinprick red glow at their center.
Aura: Deimos's aura is usually blank, as a result of her mental defenses. When around members of the Accord, she lets its true form show, a dark, colorless void with shimmers and sparkles of light dotting it. When in public, she masks her aura to be that of a Sleeper, with its dull tones. No matter what form it takes, her aura is always understated due to her Occulted nature. The resonance of her spells is like dark chocolate - rich with a hint of sweetness almost completely covered by its bitter taste.
Astral Form: When traveling through the spheres of dream or through Twilight as a projection, Deimos appears much as she does normally, but her skin is exceptionally white. In contrast, her eyes, clothing, and hair take on the color of darkest black. She wears a majestic-looking dress ordained with black feathers along the collar, sleeves, and hem. Where the the neckline dips, the skin covering her chest can be seen to be shot through with black. In places, her hair becomes feathers as well, before trailing off into an indistinct mist. She becomes an imposing goddess of shadow and light, but the distinctive chains of her nimbus hang from her neck and drape down her arms. Her medallion is absent, but the ring is still present.
The Dominus: "To think he would end up here as well... Fate has a sense of humor."
Coyote: "He seems to be an honorable man with sound judgment. I hope he will live to see this war's end."
Nazlee: "She is gone because of the ineptitude of others. It is sad when mistakes cost others their very existence."
Joshua King: "... It is unbecoming to speak ill of the dead."
Alice Maesters: "Determined. Capable. Dangerous."
Ingram: "He is young. He will learn; one can only hope he will learn the right things."
@!p#e^s: "I swear, never again. This time, for always."
Houston: "A blade cuts both ways; let us see who will bleed first."
Cai Li: "He saw when others did not even bother to look. He is perceptive, and I admire that."
Eric Barrett: "My pupil. I pray that his path is easier than mine."
Joline Dubois: "I am lucky to have someone whose experiences are not so different from mine. I only regret that another in this world had to go through the same."
Feel free to add yourself!
She has gone too far in her studies of the Abyss and sworn herself to it as a Scelestus.
After what happened with her former Consilium, she joined the Seers of the Throne.
She is looking for a way to travel directly to the Abyss to bring the fight to it.
There's nothing left of her except for the desire to fight the Abyss, and already it has begun to turn that against her.
She joined up with the Accord only to receive aid from the Awakened within it, not through any real desire to fight the Truth.
Her research has driven her to commit great acts of Hubris, leaving her nearly one of the Mad.
She's a huge fan of Sailor Moon.
She is a Servant in deep-cover infiltrating the Accord.
She is seeing a man from Tokyo and they are 'well-acquainted' apparently. That ring? He gave it to her.
Feel free to add your own rumors!
"The word Deimos translates into English as 'Dread' from Ancient Greek. How terribly appropriate that this person is so stuck in the past and looming over the future at the same time. She really needs to loosen up a bit." - Clover
"Well I felt that she wasn't really approachable, but she was dedicated to her job. I imagine that this is a good thing though." - Sydney Reynolds
"Lady-bro seems like a smart wizard. Definitely way more chill than the mage-bro in her cell. But she didn't dig on The Dude-Bro talking too much about super secret wizard stuff." - Badger

"He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." - Friedrich Nietzsche, Beyond Good and Evil, Aphorism 146 (1886)
"Although the most acute judges of the witches and even the witches themselves, were convinced of the guilt of witchery, the guilt nevertheless was non-existent. It is thus with all guilt." - Friedrich Nietzsche, as translated in The Portable Nietzsche (1954)
"In reality, hope is the worst of all evils, because it prolongs man’s torments." - Friedrich Nietzsche, Human, All Too Human (1878)
"Morality is herd instinct in the individual." - Friedrich Nietzsche, The Gay Science, Section 116 (1882)
"God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him. How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What festivals of atonement, what sacred games shall we have to invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?" — Friedrich Nietzsche, The Gay Science, Section 125 (1882)
"Who can attain to anything great if he does not feel in himself the force and will to inflict great pain? The ability to suffer is a small matter: in that line, weak women and even slaves often attain masterliness. But not to perish from internal distress and doubt when one inflicts great suffering and hears the cry of it — that is great, that belongs to greatness." - Friedrich Nietzsche, The Gay Science, Section 325 (1882)
