Please note that the equipment used for imbuing or enhancing will be custom manufactured as per client specifications. Any of the equipment listed below can be made on any piece of equipment; those listed below are simply common design examples.

The MECA Suit can transform into any form or material to meet the needs of the user.

Development Phase: Design

The Multifunctional Exoskeleton and Component Adaptation (MECA) Suit is the latest in multifunctional defensive clothing. The MECA's base form is that of a fully protective bulletproof Utopos brand combat suit to provide maximum physical protection from both hand-to-hand and firearm attacks. The suit includes a modular component additive system for other items or functions. The versatility of the suit is in its arcane component. The suit is imbued with the magic to reconfigure itself according to the needs of the user. Outside of combat, the suit can be made to resemble standard clothing set or coat. It can be reshaped for hazardous environments, even the bottom of the ocean or the vacuum of space. It can also be reshaped to include various on-board equipment including simple tools like mallets, wrenches and screwdrivers as well as complex tools like electric saws, drills, welders, or torches, though it cannot generate its own consumables. A power supply is required for any electrical components and any gas or liquid must also be supplied for tools that require them to function.

Activation: The MECA Suit automatically calibrates to the user once each of the panels are tightened and properly fitted. It reads and connects to the user's pattern, allowing silent mental communication with the suit. With concentration and thought, the user can begin the resequencing procedure to change the suit's form.
Effect: The suit can transform into any other suit or clothing of any configuration and similar mass. It takes on all of traits of its current form while its durability, size and structure remain the same. It can create and include components and systems as part of the clothing. It can include pressure, hydraulic or electrical systems, but cannot generate any consumables including gas, liquid or electricity. If its armour rating is enhanced, the form's armour rating can be no more than double its natural rating, up to the number of extra points of enhancement. If its equipment rating is enhanced, all tools created confer up to double its natural bonus or up to +3 (whichever is lower) to associated skill checks, up to double the item's natural equipment bonus. The suit is designed to avoid disbelief.

FLOOD Rifle

The FLOOD Rifle fires a liquid payload but retains control on delivery.

Development Phase: Manufacturing

The FLOOD Rifle is a liquid ordnance delivery system that retains covert locomotive control over the ammunition liquid. Using a basic paintball projectile device, specialized ammunition is prepared and loaded. The payload is delivered to the target and can then be controlled through the magical pattern of the gun. While explosive liquids such as oxyliquit can deliver a small lethal burst equivalent to a bullet impact, other uses allow more flexibility of use. For example, even simple water bullets can be used to incapacitate a target by asphyxiation by drawing it into the target's lungs and then removing it, as well as any lethal threat.

Mundane liquid ammunition can be prepared as necessary, including:

Activation: The user connects to the material pattern of the target liquid by mentally focusing on that liquid. The buttons on the device can be programmed by the user to add focus for both liquid selection and direction.
Effect: The user affects a volume of liquid based on the spell successes. Successes are allocated between volume affected (5 square yards for first success, doubled thereafter), and change in pressure, measured in dots of Strength. These dots act as Durability against attacks passing through it or used to increase or decrease ambient wind Strength. The user can reflexively move the affected area of air up to one yard per dot of Gnosis per turn.

Activation: The dial on the back of the gun is preset to a number of different liquids as ordered. Once set, pressing the dial inwards fills the clip bullets with the programmed liquid. Compatible containers can also be made to allow the FLOOD to transmute the liquid contents of canisters or grenades. If the user has a sympathetic familiarity with a particular liquid, such as water, or they are a Matter Initiate, the gun presets can be reconfigured as necessary by setting the dial, pulling it back and focusing the pattern through the dial. That selection is then reset.
Effect: The liquid in the paint pellets, both in the chamber and clip, or any other target containers connected to the outlets on the pistol, are transmuted to any other liquid.

GALE Gun

The GALE Gun fires pellets that produce gas that remains under the user's control.

Development Phase: Manufacturing

The GALE Gun is a flare gun that has been designed to fire specially constructed chemical or alchemical canisters that deliver a gaseous payload to the target. The round strikes for insignificant damage and emits its payload gas, filling a preset volume. The GALE connects to the material pattern either in the canister or within the user's sight line, and gains authority to manipulate the material density and entropic energy of the pursuant gas pocket. This allows the user to manipulate the shape and position of the patterned gas, propelling, filling or vacating a target area of other gases.

The unit can be made to include small pressurized gas compartments as well as a loading device adapter. For larger amounts of pre-stored gases, larger canisters can be included on a belt or backpack. These can be thrown manually and manipulated by the GALE all the same.

Mundane liquid ammunition can be prepared as necessary, including:

PEAS Pistol

The PEAS Pistol can disable and knock prone enemies and incapacite sleepers without risk of injury.

Development Phase: Prototype created

Before the PEAS (pronounced "peace") Pistol is activated, it functions as a normally lethal pistol, materially enhanced for accuracy and efficiency. On activation, it becomes an entirely non-damaging personal protection weapon. Its effects disable attackers by assaulting them with electrical blasts, disrupting muscles and inhibiting muscle activity. A secondary function propels a kinetic blast, also non-damaging, forcing the target to regain their feet or be knocked prone.

Electroshock Function

Effect: No damage. Target is imposed a penalty equal to successes of attack until the end of next turn. If total damage (cumulative on successive turns) exceeds target's size, it suffers knockout for [damage] turns. Supernatural creatures max penalty is -5 and suffer no knockout.
Description:The pistol is powered up by pressing the bottom fingertip-side hilt toggle. When depressed, in the on toggle position, the electroshock function is generated by integrating the stun weapon's electrical energy generation pattern with that of the heavy pistol's kinetic energy generation. The pistol's fuel cell passes roughly 300,000 volts to conductively enhanced copper and wood's metal (bismuth, lead, tin, cadmium alloy) fluid-filled bullet casings. The wood's metal core liquefies upon firing, the spinning shell around the fluid maintaining the electrical current charged by the pistol. The bullet strikes its target, the fluid discharging the current in the same pattern as the original stun weapon. The bullet itself is crushed against the target harmlessly, causing no physical damage. Once the energy is dissipated, the bullet remains have no further effect. The contents are non-toxic and can be removed from clothing with a simple wash.

Kinetic Polarization Function

Effect: Upon secondary activation, target suffers resisted knockdown effect [Dexterity + Athletics] with a penalty equal to successes of spell. On fail, the character is forced prone and suffers a -5 penalty until next turn.
Description: When the top finger-tip side hilt button on the pistol is activated, the pistol axially inserts an insulated membrane, in effect creating two electromagnetic batteries side by side. On impact, the magnetic equilibrium of the two cells is disturbed and flipped, generating a strong, but non-lethal burst of kinetic energy.

MORPH Baton

The MORPH Baton can change its shape for any combat or non-combat application.

Development Phase: Testing

The MORPH Baton is imbued with the power to change its shape according to the user's needs. The baton connects to the user's pattern and synchronizes its own to match, as needed. While neither the material composition, nor the mass size can change, the shape and complexity are both at the whim of the user. The baton can expand into a sledgehammer or narrow into a sword just as easily as it could become complex mechanical equipment, such as various power tools or a submachine gun. As shedding its mass would be detrimental, ammunition would be required.

Optional functions can also be added with increase cost. A material transmutation function can be included to allow variance in material. With this function, the baton can be insulated or made undetectable to metal scanners. Certain occult lores might require specialized materials to combat various creatures. A size variance function is currently still in research phase.

Description: The MORPH Baton's original imbued form is that of a hardened and reinforced carbon steel telescopic baton. Upon activation, however, it is capable of taking any shape the user desires. It can reveal a baton or a blade of any type, or even change its entire form to that of a large firearm or mechanical tool. In each case, it is designed to retain its improved efficiency and its ability to penetrate material barriers. Its only limitation is that it must retain its original mass.

Activation: To modify the shape of the baton, the user passes a hand from one end of the baton to the other, starting at the glyph, and concentrates on the new form. The MORPH will reconfigure itself according to the user’s specifications.
Effect: The user can transform the baton into any object of equal size. The baton can be transformed into a different simple or complex object. Its form is altered, but its material remains carbon steel. Its Durability, Structure, and Size are not changed. Note: projectile weaponry reconfiguration does not include ammunition and must be added separately.
Description: As the user passes their hand across the MORPH, the pattern details of the new form are transmitted through the intimate sympathetic connection to the user. The material bonds are rearranged with primal energy in a sort of instantaneous mana soup, connections crossing over each other to reach the new desired form. This form of activation requires the user to shield the weapon from view. The result is that a skilled user could activate and draw the weapon without revealing to surrounding sleepers that a spell effect had just been used.

Alchemical Munitions

VOID Bomb

Development Phase: Prototype created

The VOID Bomb is the first design in the non-lethal destruction of non-living material. The grenade's explosion pattern is intimately tied into the bonds affixing material objects with their patterns, unraveling them at their fundamental level. The bomb attacks material patterns directly, avoiding the explosive anti-matter energy release and leaving no remnant material or gas after explosion.

N.B.: This effect is highly vulgar and to be used with discretion only as necessary.

Description: VOID Bombs are clearly labeled so as to prevent accidental deployment. They are designed to resemble small aerosol cans, instead of bombs, for easy of use when necessary.
Activation: An analog timer is set to determine the time to explosion. A ring safety ensures prevention of accidental activation. Trigger release begins countdown.
Effect: When triggered, the VOID Bomb can destroy inert matter, dissolving its material pattern. Each success inflicts one point of damage on all objects in the explosion radius, without the need to overcome the object's Durability. The exception is for magical items, or supernatural compounds and alloys. The VOID Bomb has no effect on organic living tissue.

SLIP Explosive

Development Phase: Prototype created

These pyrotechnic grenades are designed to emit a bright flash, momentarily blinding those within the explosion radius. Gross alchemical explosive powder, imprinted with a Forces Ruling pattern, is fused with ammonium perchlorate, connected on a pattern-level. Once the timer is set and the trigger pulled, the gross matter pattern-bonded to the ignition material rides along the photon burst and re-patterns the surfaces it strikes. It coats surfaces within the explosion radius with the arcane pattern for frictionlessness, temporarily reducing the coefficient of friction for all surfaces by a factor determined by the item's use.

Description: SLIP grenades appear like normal flash grenades, a small hand-sized cylinder with a ring and trigger and several patterned holes around the circumferential surface. The grenades are always marked with its sigil.
Activation: An analog timer is set to determine the time to explosion. A ring safety ensures prevention of accidental activation. Trigger release begins countdown.
Effect: No damage. Any character using an action that interacts with an affected surface within the blast area is imposed a penalty equal to the spell successes on that action.

CLASP Explosive

Development Phase: Prototype created

CLASP rounds are filled with separated isocyanate and polyol resin, creating a polyurethane foam similar to that found in expanding foam insulation. Gross alchemical powder is lined in the tip and butt, inside the bullet. When it strikes a surface, the isocyanate and polyol resin mix, causing a primary explosion of polyurethane. A moment after this reaction begins, and the internal alchemical powder at the tip and butt mix, a quickly followed secondary explosion, imprinted with the power to harden and concentrate the foam's material pattern. The result is a small sphere of concrete centred around the bullet's impact location.

Description: A clip of CLASP rounds can be custom made to fit any gun. It can even be made into thrown objects or used in unconventional firearms such as a paintball gun. Each bullet, and the associated clips, are marked with the CLASP sigil.
Activation: CLASP explosives activate automatically on impact.
Effect: No damage. On impact, the bullet produces a small explosion of polyurethane foam. A single success is all that is required to transmute the 12-inch diameter sphere of polyurethane foam to concrete. Further effects for parts being encased in concrete are at the Storyteller’s discretion.

IMBED Vest

The IMBED vest protects its wearer from physical harm according to the needs of its user.

Development Phase: Testing

The Intertial Mitigation Bulwark and Extensive Defense (IMBED) vest is an advanced combined material and arcane defensive shield. The material structure is both enhanced my permanent material shaping as well as an inertial arcane buffer imbued into the system. The IMBED vest's material composition is individually designed to suit the combat likelihood of its wearer. The vest can be specified beyond the material enhancements included at greater cost and at the risk of sleeper disbelief. It can also be made to include additional custom effects such as aura or forces manipulation as required by request.
