Name: Raphael Maria Antonio de Valencia
Title or Position: Archbishop of the Ute Valley Pass
There is little publically known about Bishop de Valencia; he first appeared in the area in the 1940s, around the time when Camp Carson was established outside of Colorado Springs. He immediately set to forming a new pack, Los Lobos Locos de la Muerte, and recruited other Sabbat to his banner. Once his pack had been established, they laid siege to the old Rack in Old Colorado City and claimed it for the Sabbat. In time, Raphael would become one of the city's Bishops, and when the Camarilla recently reclaimed Colorado Springs he was the only Kindred from the diocese's upper leadership that survived.
These nights, the now Archbishop de Valencia has brought the nomadic remnants of the former diocese back under his banner. He has proven himself to be a cunning foil to the Ventrue Prince of Colorado Springs; his tactics have thus far proven effective, and it is only a matter of time before the Sabbat moves in for the final blow...
- On the night of Saturday, July 19th 2014, Archbishop de Valencia destroyed Elijah 'Saint' Creed, former Primogen of Clan Brujah and General of Colorado Springs, in what has come to be known as the Battle of Manitou Springs. Though the Camarilla was able to push back the Sabbat, Saint perished wrapped in tendrils of inky black that squeezed the unlife from him. The only witness to this was Nice Guy Eddie of Clan Gangrel, who has sworn personal vengeance against de Valencia for the gruesome murder of Saint.
- de Valencia has eyes and ears everywhere among the Kindred; it is said he knows the deepest, darkest secrets of all the vampires in Colorado Springs and even beyond. Perhaps his darkness isn't just abyssal - in fact, maybe it might just be infernal...
